Walking & Dance Workout // Fun Follow Along Christmas Cardio!

20 minute dance party workout! Burn off those extra calories with this fun and easy to follow cardio workout. All exercises are low impact and perfect for all fitness levels. This workout is to the beat/music, but please go at your own pace if you need to slow it down.

This fun holiday walking and dance workout also includes some strength training. Grab a pair of light hand weights for some arm toning towards the end of the workout. Water bottles or cans will also work well. The video concludes with a cool and down and some light stretching.

Most of all, HAVE FUN! I don't offer as much cueing in the video because of the music and I want you to make the moves your own. No one is watching you, and you look awesome!!! It gets even more fun the more you do the video too!
