Stretching Exercises for Mobility & Flexibility & Posture

Increase your flexibility and stand taller with this full body stretching workout. All exercises are designed to help with mobility and improve posture.

Really allow your muscles to relax by making a mind and body connection and focusing on the area we are stretching. This also helps with stress and overall sense of well-being. It is also helpful to make sure you are in a warm environment to make sure your muscles are supple. If you are doing more than one workout, I recommend doing this video after your other workout so your muscles are warm.

Listen to your body! You should not feel any pain during these exercises. Please do not attempt to stretch beyond your limits or perform a move you are not comfortable with.

Be patient with yourself. Increased mobility and flexibility takes time. This is a great recovery workout and would be ideal done once a week.
