Workout with Weights on the Mat // Pilates Inspired Exercises for Posture & Strength
oin me for this full body strength workout with weights. All exercises are performed on the mat and are pilates based. I'm using a set of 5 pound (2.2kg) hand weights for this workout, but you can use lighter or heavier weights based on your strength level. Stretches are incorporated throughout and we finish with more stretches that will leave you feeling great!
