30 min Standing Cardio Tabata Workout for Beginners & Seniors! Low Impact Calorie Burn

Tabata is a kind of interval training that includes 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest. It's a great way to increase your heart rate in a safe and controlled manner while getting a great heart pumping workout!

This workout starts of slow with the warm up included in the first round. Because Tabata uses timers, please go at your pace. Make the workout your own, and don't feel that you have to keep up with me.

There are also two longer breaks included in this 32 minute workout, so grab your water and get ready to sweat!

You don't need any equipment for this workout and all the exercises are performed in a standing position.
