Beginner Workout with One Dumbbell or Kettlebell // 20 minute Strength Training

Thanks for joining me for this great strength building and toning workout that is perfect for both beginners or seniors!

I'm using a 10 pound kettlebell to demonstrate the exercises in this video, but a single dumbbell works well too. Please start with a lighter weight if you are starting out exercising, or just use whatever weight you have.

This video includes moves for the whole body as well as a warm up and cool down. We will perform each exercise for 45 seconds and then take 15 seconds to recover and prepare for the next move.

Please go at your own pace. If you have a heavier weight, you may do fewer reps. Likewise, you may perform more repetitions if you have a lighter weight. You Do You!!!
