Pilates with Mini Ball Workout // Full Body Toning exercises on the Mat

This feel good Pilates workout is challenging but achievable and is appropriate for everyone including seniors and beginners. Using a small ball (also known as a bender ball) we will strengthen and lengthen the body in this mat workout. Exercises in this workout using the Pilates mini ball will focus on abdominals, glutes, hamstrings, hips, spine and the upper body. We will finish with some stretches for flexibility.

Many modifications are given during this workout so you can exercise at your level. If I give you an option, keep the first one if you are just starting out working out with me.
