Toning Isometric Workout // All Standing Strength Combos with Weights

Thanks for joining me for this invigorating yet relaxing routine! This all standing workout is a quick way to shape and tone your muscles using bodyweight and a set of light hand weights. I'm using a set of 3 pound dumbbells. These isometric exercises focus on endurance and control so please keep your weights light! This is a challenging workout so please go at your own pace, use a chair when needed and be kind to yourself!
