10 Minute Standing Abs Workout for Beginners & Seniors // Osteoporosis Friendly!
Here is the perfect quick workout to increase your core strength and work your abs! All exercises are standing and osteoporosis friendly (no rounding or twisting the spine). Each move is performed for 45 seconds with a 15 second rest.
This is a great workout to do if you are not comfortable getting on the floor. Grab one dumbbell (I'm using 5 pounds). We will use one weight to help activate our core and really focus on our midsection.
You can do this workout everyday if you want, or just use as an add-on to another workout. I hope you enjoy it!
