Pilates for Seniors & Beginners // Standing Energizing Workout with Mini Ball

This fun workout will leave you feeling stretched, strengthened and invigorated! The mini ball is optional, all exercises can be done without the use of the ball. I hope you love this workout as much as I do!

All moves are performed in a standing position and are low impact making this workout perfect for seniors and beginners. Though people of all ages and abilities enjoy my workouts because of the challenging yet achievable exercises always leave you feeling great!
