Glute & Hip Mat Workout // Knee & Beginner Friendly w/ optional Loop Band!

Thanks for joining me for this 20 minute hip and butt workout! Build stronger glutes with muscle strengthening moves that are all done on the mat. This workout is knee friendly, there are no exercises that are on our hands and knees! You can use a fabric hip band or a rubber loop band to add some resistance, but it is completely optional and all exercises can be done without a band.
