20 Minute Full Body Standing Pilates for Seniors & Beginners // Improve Stability & Mobility!

Please join me for this great, effective and gentle full body all standing Pilates workout. These exercises are perfect for Seniors and Beginners or anyone who is not comfortable getting on the floor or on their hands and knees.

We will work all the major muscle groups in this full body workout. There are many posture and balance exercises as well. Everything is low impact and effective.

As always, go at your own pace and work your way up if you find some the exercises challenging. Just go slow, take a break when needed and return when you are ready.

You don’t need any equipment for this standing Pilates workout with the exception of a chair to aid with some balance moves including stretching.
