Morning Standing Stretch Workout // Activate your Muscles in your Pajamas!

Do you workout in your bathrobe or your pajamas sometimes? I do! This workout was inspired by those mornings when you are short on time, but want to squeeze in a quick workout. You don't need any equipment or even shoes. All moves are performed in a standing position and can be comfortably performed in whatever you are wearing. Enjoy and have a great day!
