Tabata Barre Workout for Beginners & Seniors /// 37min

You're going to love this full body workout that includes barre exercises in a Tabata format. No barre/dance experience is required, just follow along! Tabata is an interval training workout with 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest.

This video also includes both a warm up and a cool down and is great for everyone including beginners and seniors.

Have a chair nearby to serve as your base of support and a light set of hand weights (or water bottles). For reference I'm using a set of 3 pounds.

You can do it! This workout with fly by leaving you energized and toned.
