Low Impact Cardio Walking Workout // Kickboxing Inspired, Knee Friendly & Fun!

You're going to love this at home walking workout that is kickboxing inspired! It's easy to follow and easy on your knees. All moves are low impact and knee friendly; there are no squats or lunges. This all standing workout includes 20 different exercises that are performed for 1 min each. Between each exercise we walk in place for 20 seconds while previewing the upcoming move. Stats will be different for everyone, but according to my watch, I burned more than 250 calories, walked 3000 steps and a little over 2 miles.
