Chair Exercises for Seniors // 10 Minute Seated Stretch

Thank you for joining me for this 10 minute stretching routine. This is a great video to work on your flexibility and mobility. These exercises can be done after another workout or on it's own to feel great! All exercises are performed in a seated position. I think you will be surprised how effective these exercises can be! Make sure that you are warm to allow your muscles to relax and focus on taking deep breaths throughout the workout.
