Beginner Barre Workout // Improve Strength, Posture & Balance!

Welcome to this full body express barre workout for beginners and seniors. In just 30 minutes we will stretch, strengthen and lengthen our muscles all in a standing position.

Have a chair nearby to assist with some balance challenges and to serve as your base of support. Grab a set of light dumbbells (or water bottles) for the upper body strength section. For reference, I'm using a set of 3 pound (1.5 kg) hand weights.
