Barre Workout for Beginners & Seniors || Full Body Sculpting

Great low impact 40 minute barre video. You will feel rejuvenated after these slow paced full body toning exercises.

We will start with a warm up to wake up the muscles, and get the blood flowing. Using a sturdy chair as a barre we will move to lower body working the glute and leg muscles. Grab a pair of light hand weights or dumbbells (or even water bottles/cans) to tone your arms and shoulders. We will finish on the mat/floor for abdominals and much deserved stretching! Please make sure you always stay to stretch, it’s crucial to reduce muscle soreness and helps lengthen the muscles for a lean sculpted look.
