Barre Workout with Mini Ball + Mat Abs & Stretching || 30 minutes

You will love using a mini ball in this fun Barre class that is great for seniors and beginners. If you don’t have a ball you can still complete the workout without one, or you can also use a rolled up small towel. This will help keep the contraction in your muscles especially your hamstrings.

You will also need a chair to serve as your “barre” to hold on to.

This barre workout really works the entire leg for a long, lean and sculpted look. After our warm up and exercises at the barre we will move to the floor for some ab work and stretching all while utilizing the ball. You will love the creative moves and how you feel afterwards!

All of these barre exercises are low impact and no dance experience is required!
