Let's get in the holiday spirit with this fun total body strength workout inspired by the 12 Days of Christmas. It's a ladder style workout with 12 exercises working our way up to the full pattern. And it's to the beat of Christmas music! Full warm up and cool down are also included.

1. overhead press

2. 90 shoulder raise

3. squats

4. bicep curls

5. tricep kickbacks

6. rows

7. deadlifts

8. alt step back or lunges

9. step out stars

10. side leg lifts

11. heel raises

12. high Vs

I'm using a set of 5 pound weights for this workout. Start lighter or have a few sets on hand if you are unsure what to use. Because this workout is non-stop there isn't time to switch weights, but you can always pause and take a break if you need to. Happy Holidays to you and your family!
