20 minute Standing Cardio Arms & Abs Low Impact Workout // Fun & to the Beat 🎶

Increase your hear rate and have some fun with this all standing Abs and Arms cardio workout! Grab a light pair of dumbbells (I'm using 3 pounds or 1.5 kg) we will be holding them throughout the entire workout. Simply follow along with me and to the beat of the music.

All exercise are performed in a standing position, so this is a great workout to strengthen your abdominal muscles if you don't want to get on the floor.
