Key Exercises for Longevity! Functional Strength & Mobility Workout /// 47min

Move your body better with this full body workout for longevity. You'll feel better and move better while improving your range of motion and strength in this all standing workout.

Choose your level based on what weights you use and what pace you work at. For reference, I'm using a set of 3 pound hand weights (1 or 2 kg) and a set of 10 pound (3 or 4 kg) dumbbells.

The first 15 minutes of this workout are mobility exercises. These moves will help improve your range of motion and assist you in moving better. We then have 24 minutes of HIIT strength work. 45 seconds for each exercise followed by 15 second rest. We will perform 3 exercises then repeat those moves once.

Please increase or decrease your weights for the second set to make this workout your own. The workout concludes with more mobility and stretching exercises.

This is a great workout to repeat and revisit to test your strength gains!

If you have osteoporosis please listen and watch for verbal and visual modifications.
