How To Get Up From The Floor and the Strength Building Exercises to Help You Do It!
Welcome to this must-do workout that increases your strength and mobility to help you get up off the floor. This is not a video to use in an emergency situation and it's not for everyone.
After a few warm up exercises, I'll show you 4 different ways to get up off the floor. The first two are on the knees, the second two don't use the knees. Follow along and do what you can.
We then complete strength building exercises for our arms, core and legs. These exercises are all specifically targeted to increase our strength so getting up is easier!
Enjoy floor time with your grandkids and have the confidence to get up if you should have a fall. Practice getting up everyday so you never lose the ability to do so!
