Barre Workout for Seniors & Beginners // Calorie Burning Cardio!

Get ready to sweat and increase your heart rate with this effective Barre routine! The workout is at a manageable pace that is good for beginners and seniors.

We will tighten and tone the entire body while burning calories and lengthening the muscles in this 25 minute Cardio Barre workout. The entire low impact workout will be completed in a standing position.

All you need is a sturdy chair to hold on to to serve as your "barre".

If you would like to increase the intensity of this workout you could hold light hand weights. I'm wearing a set of Bala Bangles wrist weights that are 1 pound each. They are perfect for adding some resistance while offering additional toning benefits to the workout.
