Standing Strength Supersets // Weight Training Workout at Home for Beginners & Seniors
This is the perfect strength training workout that is full body and osteoporosis friendly! I'm using two sets of dumbbells 5 pounds (2.2kg) and 10 pounds (4.5 kg).
All exercises are set to a timer so please go at your own pace and use dumbbells that are appropriate for you. Each move is 45 seconds duration with 15 seconds rest.
This muscle building workout includes supersets. We will perform an exercises for the lower body, followed by an exercise for the upper body. We will repeat those exercises for three sets (but changing positions so it keeps the workout from getting dull)!
