Full Body Resistance Band Workout // Knee Friendly Strength & Stretch!

Grab your band with or without handles and please join me for the toning and strength building full body resistance band workout!

All moves are low impact and are great for building mobility bone density, and strength! All exercises are knee friendly. There are no squats or lunges or exercises on your hands and knees. After our warm up, the workout begins in a standing position workout on our upper body. We then move to the floor for some more upper body workout as well as abs and lower body. We finish with stretches that will leave you feeling great!

If you only want an upper body workout or do not like to be on the floor, you can just do the first 20 minutes. There are some stretches after the first half, so you can get a cool down stretch as well.
