Full Body Strength Workout with Light Weights for Beginners & Seniors // Barre Inspired

You are going to feel great after doing this total body strength workout! Grab a set of light weights, (I'm using a set of 3lbs or 1.5kg) and chair or base of support for a few exercises. This routine will fly by with a quick but achievable pace and there are no repeats. The first part of the workout is standing where we will use our light dumbbells, then we finish on the mat with more strengthening for our butt, legs, core and back. These two sections total 30 minutes of work. The last 10 minutes is all stretching which will leaving you feeling relaxed, pain free and rejuvenated!

There are no timers in this workout, but I move to the beat of the music. Please go at your own pace if I'm moving too quickly for you. If you are feeling strong, you can use heavier weights, but always start with a lighter pair until you are familiar with the exercises. Please leave me a comment, I love hearing from my viewers :)
