Full Body Resistance Band Workout using Fabric Mini Band - 30 minutes

A great full body 30 minute workout using Obe resistance hip bands, but any band such as a latex loop band, mini band, therapy band will work great! This is my first video using the fabric material bands and I really like them. They are not quite as stretchy as a regular band, but I loved that it was really comfortable and didn't twist, pinch or ride up.

The video begins in a standing position. You may want a chair our countertop to hold on to if you need assistance with balance. We then move to the mat for the remainder of the workout and stretching at the end. You will feel the burn after we work all the muscle groups!
