You're going to love this new seated yoga workout that focuses on building strength, mobility and flexibility! Grab a set of light hand weights (I'm using 3 pounds) or some water bottle or cans of soup to use as resistance to gain strength and build bone density!

This workout is great for beginners, and seniors, including those with osteoporosis. Remember to go at your own pace. You will get stronger and it will become easier every time you do this workout.
