Mobility, Core & Pelvic Floor! Intermediate Pilates Workout

Please join me for this fun moderate level pilates mat workout that focuses on pelvic floor strength and mobility for our spine and hips. There is also some great ab work! If you are not ready for an intermediate workout or can't be on your hands and knees, please check out the link below.

I'm using a mini ball for this workout. You can use a small pillow or a rolled up towel for most of the exercises if you don't have small ball. Make sure to let a little air out of your ball. It should be soft so it's easier to support you and won't roll away.
