Chair Abs & Mobility Workout for Seniors & Beginners /// 21min

Improve your mobility and core strength with this seated workout! You will find exercises for increased mobility for our shoulders, spine and hips as well as toning our ab muscles.

This is a perfect workout if you are not comfortable getting on the floor. Follow along and do what you can. There are a few exercises where you have the option to add one weight for some added resistance. I'm using a 5 pounds dumbbell, but you can use a water bottle or a can of food as well. This workout will leave you feeling great helping you increase your range of motion and core strength!
