Mat Strength & Stretch Workout // Curvy, Beginner, Senior & Limited Mobility Friendly!

Welcome to this effective workout that can even be done in your bed! All exercises are performed on the mat are designed to be comfortable for everyone including those with limited mobility and excess weight. We will both stretch and strengthen our muscles with pilates based exercises that will leave you feeling like you accomplished something! No crunches!

Grab a few items like a pillow, soft mat, a strap, and a set of hand weights. I'm using a set of 5 pound dumbbells. Whatever you need to make yourself comfortable is best. Don't be discouraged if you can't do all the exercises. Keep practicing and you will get stronger :)
