Barre Full Body Express Workout with Dumbbells for Beginners and Seniors || 20 minutes

Great 20 minute express barre routine. Lots of effective moves and combinations are in this video to get a lot done for the full body in a short amount of time. Perfect for a quick break when you don't have a lot of time.

I'm using 3 pound hand weights, please use a weight that you are comfortable with, and as always go at your own pace. Have a sturdy chair ready that will serve as your "barre" a mantle or counter top works as well.

We will exercise all areas of the body including: thighs, glutes, shoulders, biceps, triceps and calves while also working on posture and balance for a long, lean, and lifted body. You will feel great and rejuvenated!
