Strength & Cardio Tabata Workout with Resistance Bands // Low Impact yet Challenging! /// 38min

Welcome to this full body all standing Tabata Workout! These exercises are all low impact while following the Tabata interval timer of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. I would recommend this workout for a more intermediate level beginner or senior because of the variety of movements.

We have 6 rounds that are 4 minutes each, alternating between cardio and strength 4 minute segments.

Make this workout your own! Please go at your own pace and use equipment that works for you or what you already own. If you don't have resistance band you can also use a light to medium set of hand weights.
