Total Body Standing Workout // Happy 5th Birthday SeniorShape! /// 25min

SeniorShape has been on YouTube for 5 years! Please celebrate with me by doing this quick full body workout. All exercises are performed in a standing position and are in a 5X5 format. 5 minute warm up, followed by 5 minutes of cardio. Then 5 minutes of lower body work, 4 minutes of upper body (oops I was excited and forgot a move!) Finally, finishing with a 5 minute stretching cool down. I'm using a set of 5 pound dumbbells, but please use a weight that is appropriate for you :)
