Senior & Beginner Workout - Mini Loop Resistance Bands

Join me for a great 20 minute resistance band workout. This video includes a short warm up and then using a mini loop band we will work our biceps, triceps, hips, shoulders and upper back all while seated in a chair!

If you don’t have a mini loop band you can tie a knot in a long therapy resistance band.

I give lots of modifications in this workout so you are able to work with any kind of band and at your level.

Resistance bands are perfect for traveling and they are great for seniors because they are easy on your joints. You can do this workout anywhere!
