5 Minute Arm Workout // Compound Exercises with Dumbbells!
Thanks for joining me for this quick workout for the upper body! Compound exercises are used in this workout to get the most out of your 5 minutes. Each exercise is done for 50 seconds with a 10 second rest.
This is a great workout to do when you are short on time, as as add-on to another workout, or as a quick exercise "snack".
I'm using a set of 5 pound (2.2 kg) dumbbells. Please use a weight that is appropriate for you. If you are unsure please start lighter and increase your weights as you get stronger.
All moves are set to a timer of 50 seconds work with a 10 second break. Go at your own pace.
