Improve your Strength, Balance & Core! Knee Friendly Standing Workout for Seniors & Beginners /// 34min

Get ready for a great full body workout with no squats or lunges! Let's build strength at home with moderate dumbbells (I'm using 5 lbs). All exercises are in a standing position and will help improve balance and overall strength including our core.

After a nice long warm up, each exercise is performed twice. The second time through I'll give you an option to level up and add intensity to the exercise for a greater challenge.

Have a chair or something to hold on to for a few exercises. You may also use it for a base of support for some balance challenges.

Go at your own pace and use dumbbells that are appropriate for your fitness level. Each exercise has a 45 second timer so you can go at your own pace. I'll demonstrate the next move while you rest for 15 seconds.

Make sure you finish with the stretches at the end!
