Increase your muscle strength and improve your balance and bone density with this all standing functional training workout that is great for all skill levels!

Strength training and balance are crucial as we age. You can truly make this workout your own based on how heavy your weights are and how much you utilize the chair.

For reference, I'm using two 10 pound (4.5 kg) dumbbells. Always start with light weights and increase the size of the weights as you grow stronger.

Have a chair or base of support near by to assist you throughout this workout.

This is an osteoporosis friendly workout (no twisting or rounding the spine). Keep an eye out for one modification box to avoid twisting if you have been advised.
