10 Minute Standing Strength & Abs Workout w/ 1 Dumbbell or Kettlebell for Seniors & Beginners /// 11min

Here is a quick strength training workout where you can use 1 dumbbell or a kettlebell. Want a longer workout? Do 2 or 3 sets! You can truly make this workout your own based on what equipment you have and how much time you have. For reference, my weight and kettlebell are 10 pounds (4.5kg). This is a 10 minute full body workout with lots of exercises for the core. All moves are standing and are performed for 50 seconds with a 10 second rest between exercises. Please go at your own pace and check out the osteoporosis friendly modification boxes if you have been advised not to twist or round your spine.
