Chair Workout for Mobility, Strength & Stretching with (optional) Mini Ball!

You will feel great after this seated workout that will improve your mobility, flexibility and strength! All exercises are easy to follow and are completed in a seated position. All you need is a chair to sit on. It needs to have a back on it, and preferable with no side arms to allow for greater range of movement. We will also be using a small ball for this workout. If you don't have a ball, a small pillow or yoga block will work as well.

Have fun with these joint friendly exercises! The resistance that the ball or pillow provides helps build strength in a gentle manner. There are lots of stretches throughout this workout to improve your range of motion and flexibility. If you enjoy my chair yoga and pilates workouts, you will love this one too.
