This group of exercises are crucial for longevity and feeling your best! I'll walk you through all standing exercises that improve your balance and mobility and strengthen your core. We will finish with a stretching sequence that will leave you feeling great and standing taller.

You can do this workout daily or as an active recovery workout.

You'll need a chair to use for some of the exercises and to serve as balance support.
