Strength & Cardio Hybrid Workout // 30 Minute All Standing & Low Impact to the Music Beat! /// 31mins
Welcome to this total body workout that's great for everyone including beginners and seniors. All exercises are standing and to the beat of the music, as well as osteoporosis friendly!
We pack a lot into this workout, have your weights ready, I'm using a set of 5lbs (2.2kg) and follow along. After a nice long warm up we will alternate between cardio and strength training sections, followed by a stretching cool down.
If you are just starting to work out please go at your own pace and begin using light weights or water bottles. You can increase the size of your weights as you grow stronger.
