Lauren's Perimenopause Workout // Strength & Pilates Intermediate/Advanced Exercises /// 52min

Get ready for a challenging workout! This is what my typical workout looks like. I love a hybrid workout of strength training for building muscles and pilates for mobility and core work!

This is not my typical SeniorShape workout geared towards seniors and beginners. Please check out the link below for a strength training workout if you are a beginner and are new to working out with me.

Grab your mat and a set or two of medium and heavy weights. For reference I'm using a 5 pound set and a 10 pound set. We will use our weights both in a standing position as well as on the mat.

Lengthy warm up and cool downs are also included in this workout.
