15 Minute Total Body Toning // All Standing Workout with Weights /// 23min

This short full body strength workout packs a lot in with all standing compound movements! I'm using a set of 5 pound weights. If you are just starting out use lighter weights or water bottles. If you are advanced you can use heavier weights on many of the exercises. Want a 30 minute workout? Go for a second set and rewind after the last exercise.

Each exercise is just 45 seconds followed by a 15 second rest. Please go at a pace that's comfortable for you, but challenge yourself as you get stronger by using heavier weights. Please leave me a comment and let me know how you enjoyed this workout. I love hearing from my viewers!
