Let's get some steps in with this fun cardio seated workout! All moves are to the beat of the music and have a higher intensity option. The format is as follows: 30 seconds walk in place, 30 seconds cardio move, followed by 15 seconds of an optional higher intensity modification. Just do what you can. Warm up and cool down are also included in this 30 minute workout.
