10 minute Abs Workout & Core Exercises for Beginners & Seniors

This 10 minute quick workout will exercise all areas of your core including: upper and lower abs, obliques and the back. Exercises will be performed in four different body positions to work all these areas. We will NOT just be doing different crunch variations. There are lots of unique moves to challenge you and work towards progressing. Take a break if you need to. Always remember to draw your navel down towards your spine. This is not only correct form, but it also protects you from using your lower back. You also always have the option to support your head and neck with your hands or lower your head and shoulders to the floor if you are feeling too much tension in your neck.
