Vibration Plate Exercises // Strength Workout with Light Dumbells

With or without a vibration plate, you can do this quick workout to tone your muscles and increase your mobility. It's a great quick workout to squeeze in your day when you are short on time.

Why workout with a vibration plate? There are multiple benefits including: better bone density, improve balance, lymphatic drainage, increases circulation, reduced joint pain, better blood flow and muscle stimulation. These are just a few of the reasons I wanted to show this tool and have a few videos for my viewers to practice with.

Please do your own research to see if using a vibration plate is appropriate for you. 10 minutes a day is recommended, but I've found it's best to start low and slow. Begin with just a few minutes a day so your body can get used to it. Also begin with a low setting on your plate. You can use your plate with or without shoes, but I recommend starting by wearing footwear.

I also recommend setting your vibration plate up next to a counter top if you struggle with balance, it will help you feel more secure.

For reference, I'm using a set of 3 pound dumbbells. You can use water bottles or food cans for some added resistance if you don't have light hand weights. #lifepro #lifeprousa
