Strength Training for Everyone! Choose your Level to Build Strength & Muscle
Ready to build muscle and improve your strength? Here is the perfect all standing workout to increase your strength at a level that you are comfortable with.
There are 10 exercises in this workout. Each will be presented as an easy version and a more challenging option. Each exercise is performed for one minute. The first time through I'll demonstrate the easier version and the more challenging option will be in the modification box. The second time through, I'll show the more challenging exercises while the easier version is shown in the box. This is a great workout to challenge yourself and to come back to and test your strength gains. Make this workout work for you! You can all easy exercises, all challenging exercises or a combination of both.
Have a few sets of weights on hand. For reference, I'm using a set of 8 pound dumbbells. Enjoy the extended warm up and cool down to prepare and stretch your muscles. All exercises are also osteoporosis friendly (no rounding or twisting of the spine).
