Standing Pilates for Strength & Balance // Choose your level for beginners & Seniors
Increase your mobility, strength and balance with this full body standing pilates workout! This class is choreographed so it's appropriate for everyone including beginners and seniors yet offers ways to level up and challenge yourself.
Each exercises is performed twice. The first time, the exercise is presented as a simple movement. When we repeat the exercise, you can stay at that level or choose the more advanced option.
Please have a chair nearby to serve as a base of support for a few exercises (or as you need support) as well as a set of light hand weights. I'm using a set of 2 pounds. Water bottles, soup cans or wrist weights would work well too.
One break is given half way through this workout.
