Full Body Workout for Seniors & Beginners // Strength, Abs & Stretch!

This video is a collection of five 5 minute videos. When put all together they are a perfect full body workout! These quick workouts will also be listed separately so you can add them on to a workout or just do 1 or 2 when you are short on time and looking for an exercise snack!

  • This video includes:

    5 minute standing warm up

    5 minute standing arms with weights

    5 minute standing legs with weights

    5 minute abs on the mat

    5 minute stretching on the mat

All moves are set to a timer of 50 seconds work with a 10 second break.

Please go at your own pace and use dumbbells that are appropriate for you.

For reference, I'm using a set of 5 pound weights.
